At Atlas Pet Company, we want you and your companion to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 3-5 business days.
